i have been a bit mia lately, so here are some rando things to catch you up
- i have been house sitting for two weeks.
- i have decided i would like to be rich enough that i will have an irrigation system at my house that runs two times a day (see above).
- i am so proud of vandy for doing well in the college world series. it makes it even better that some of their best players are from my high school.
- i recently got a white iPhone 4. it is so pretty that i sometimes find myself just staring at it.
- i am getting my gun carry permit in two weeks. that should be interesting.
- my last post of a picture of pizza…it was from jets.
- last weekend i attended/helped host a baby shower. some of my acquaintances have babies, but this is my first actual close friend to be pregnant. it’s weird.
- i have been at my job for three months and still love it. i feel like i have a very important role in the company and will be here a good amount of time.
- i like having an 8-5 job and knowing my work schedule. a few of my best friends work varying days/hours and i kind of hate it. what do you mean you don’t know if you can plan a vacation for two months from now? i don’t know the last time i worked on the weekend. i’m not saying working on the weekend is a bad thing (all job positions obviously aren’t the same), but i have worked hard to get where i am and it sucks that i can’t even make plans because my friends don’t know their work schedules until the week before.
- today is the first day in weeks that i’ve worn pants to work (summer dresses are the shit).
- i usually blow through my pandora “skipping limit” within an hour, but it is kicking ass today!
- i am off work next friday…4 day weekend say whattttt
- i am looking forward to the three concerts i have planned for july. the only problem is they are all in the same week!
